Julia was a rock star. Super professional and timely through the whole process. Our R/E holding was very unique as the deed holder was my deceased father so there were a lot of extra hurdles to jump over to get this to closing. She was very helpful getting all the right documents to our family and making sure everything was in order.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional people. Julia made me at ease by providing me with names, phone#s, websites to look up for her business. I even called the County Courthouse and confirmed everything she had said. I had started to talk to someone else the year before and realized their lack of answers to my questions red flags. Checking them out, I found they were a scam. Julia understood this and really kept me in the loop every step of the way. The sale was out-of-state, but very easy. I don't have internet service, so used "snail mail", which they didn't complain about.

If there is a finer person to work with, I don't know who they are!! Julia is the BEST!! I went into this with all the skepticism in the world, and ended up wishing all businesses ran half as efficiently and smoothly. From start to finish, Julia was in touch, easy to reach, totally responsive, timely on all counts, and above all, did every single thing she said she would do when she said she would do it! The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Because the property was owned jointly by a married couple and an independent Trust, there were probably a few extra steps needed to close the deal. But that never seemed to be problematic. Communication was timely, questions were answered clearly and quickly, and the closing happened on time. We were very happy doing business with Julia and Journey Family Properties!

Julia, I want to thank you very much for your professional, friendly and personal assistance. I was very hesitant of working with you for a couple of reasons. The first being that I didn’t know you or your company. Second, I have only worked through a realtor for the couple of houses we purchased over many years except for the initial purchase of this Colorado property. I was impressed that you really made me feel comfortable in dealing with you. After I emailed you with the background of purchasing the property and explained that I was not in a hurry to sell the property as I had gotten many very low ball offers and especially this year; I really felt comfortable after we talked. You answered all my questions and explained what the steps would be. During one of our conversations, you said you would be gone for several days as you were taking your son to a baseball tournament in California which meant you wouldn’t get back to me for several days. The topic and tone made me feel very comfortable that you are an honest hardworking mom.
